Shipping Methods: How do you ship and how long does it take?
When your order has left our warehouse, a delivery confirmation note will be sent to the email address provided in connection with your purchase. If you have not received this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer support.

When your order has been delivered to the nearest pick-up point, you will be notified via the contact information provided in connection with your purchase.

Please note that for items on sale, expected delivery times may vary depending on product availability. Local delays may also occur depending on your country of residence. If an item is out of stock, due to be delivered later than expected or due to any unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by email.

Can I change my delivery address?
If an order has already been shipped out, we will not be able to make any changes to your provided delivery information. In the event of changes/updates to your address, it would be best to contact the concerned shipping carrier. Try online first - it is possible that options are offered for changing the delivery address - before calling.

Can I change an order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed with us, we are not able to change it. You can, however, initiate a return once you receive it and place a new order. 

Why can't I track my order?
If the tracking link in the email provided by us does not work, try tracking the parcel on the shippers website first. The tracking number we provided is correct. Please visit the following sites, depending on the information in our confirmation email that the parcel was send out:

What should I do if my order was damaged in transit?
We ensure that all items undergo a quality check before being sent out to our customers. Any damage incurred in transit that is visible before the package has been opened should be reported to our customer service immediately.

From where do you ship your orders?
Our warehouse is located in Amsterdam area, Netherlands, where all our products and orders are shipped from. At expected peak times we use extra locations in multiple locations throughout the EU. All returns go to our central warehouse in Amsterdam area, the Netherlands.

Where is MAROYATHOME located?
We are a Dutch registered company headquartered in Amsterdam area. The main sourcing activities take place from Vienna, Austria, as well as design and development.
